The National Association of Home Builders Honors Cherokee County’s Sweet Briar Farms with a Gold and Silver Award

CHEROKEE COUNTY, GA – The 55+ Housing Industry Council of the National Association of Home Builders (www.nahb.org) has honored Sweet Briar Farms with a Gold Award for “Best 55+ For Sale Community up to 200 Homes” and a Silver Award for “Best 55+ Interior Merchandising of a Model 2,501-3,000 Square Feet” for the Brighton Model.  The awards were presented at the organization’s 55+ Housing Awards Ceremony in early 2018.  The Best of 55+ Housing Awards are the industry’s only national awards program honoring excellence in building design, marketing and lifestyles in housing for the mature adult.  The awards serve as a showcase for quality housing, innovation and emerging trends that appeal to the 55 and above demographic.
