Looking back on 2020

Posted on: December 11th, 2020

When we look back on 2020, most of us will remember the time we spent at home. Seemingly overnight our homes became our offices, schools, gyms, entertainment centers and our sanctuaries from the coronavirus outbreak. For many, the situation necessitated in a move to a home better suited for current and future needs. The real estate industry quickly and appropriately responded to the increased demand for new home construction, and the need to keep all involved safe and healthy throughout the process and beyond. Here at Jim Chapman Communities, we have worked hard from the beginning of the pandemic to keep our residents, employees, and visitors safe and healthy.

We have made use of today’s technology to create a seamless, online home buying experience. Using tools such as FaceTime, Zoom, live chats, text, emails and the good old telephone, we can conduct all aspects of a community visit and home purchase. Our sales associates are adept at online guided tours, pointing out the features of the home as if you were in the space yourself. They can also show you community amenities, provide floorplans to download, show additional views of model homes and so much more!

And, when you are ready to visit in person, please call ahead and schedule an appointment. You can be assured that all indoor common spaces, including clubhouses, model homes, and onsite sales areas are frequently cleaned and sanitized. Our sales team will wear masks and we ask all visitors to our communities to please do the same.

It won’t be too long before we’ll be greeting each other again with hugs and handshakes. Until then, and even afterwards, you can safely facilitate the home buying process from A-Z either online or in person. Either way, we look forward to meeting you.

Schedule a Tour with one of our team members. If you prefer a self-guided tour, view our available homes.
