Four Jim Chapman Communities Home Models will be Open for the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association 2018 Parade of Homes

Jim Chapman Communities will open four model homes for the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA) annual Parade of Homes, April 20-22, April 27-29 and May 4-6.  The tour will feature around 100 new homes throughout the metro Atlanta area, giving potential homebuyers the opportunity to visit numerous models and communities to compare features, location, amenities and price.

“The annual Parade of Homes is one of HBA’s signature events, and one the HBA membership looks forward to every year,” said Jim Chapman, founder and CEO of Jim Chapman Communities and 2018 President of HBA.  “Attendees of the free, self-guided tour will be able to see, touch and walk through models of all sizes, designs and price points. My company is opening up three of our private, gated active adult communities in the northern suburbs and look forward to showcasing the many options available for homebuyers age 55 and above.”

Nestledown Farm, Cumming, GA – Nestledown Farm is a 55+ private, gated community close to the City of Cumming and convenient to shopping, health care and fine arts.  Home plans offer a variety of three-bedroom options, and the community includes a pickle ball court, large outdoor pool, community garden, clubhouse and sidewalks on the interior community roads.  The Keswick model will be open for the Tour.>

Overlook at Old Atlanta Suwanee/Johns Creek, GA – This 55+ community near Johns Creek and Suwanee, GA is close to shopping, health care and fine arts.  Home choices include three-bedroom attached villas, as well as three and four-bedroom detached single-family homes.  The pet-friendly community includes two lighted pickleball/tennis courts, an outdoor pool with fireplace, community garden, clubhouse with catering kitchen, fireplace, exercise room, gathering room and expansive front veranda and sidewalks on the interior community roads.  Two models will be open for the Tour: The Ansley single-family home and the Hanover villa.
