Our Floorplans
Our one-level ranch style condominium homes with optional bonus rooms and the new detached ranch plans meet all the requirements to be certified by the Easy Living Home organization. With a step-free entrance to allow for wheelchair access as well as expanded doorways and bathrooms the design of these plans make maneuvering around our homes easy for all residents. In addition, the communities are age-restricted to 55+ (children under age 18 are not eligible for residency). This promises homeowners security and comfort in knowing that the community consists of other active adults living similar lifestyles.
