Four of our eight spec units have been spoken for since the March update. One if them closes in late June. The community continues to have a thriving group of residents who love to get together at the clubhouse and pool area for informal socials and get together's. Last spring and summer we moved in three new residents and have three contingency contracts from anxious homeowners-to-be chomping at the bit to sell their existing homes and begin the maintenance free lifestyle at JCC.
