Johns Creek's development is almost complete! The entrance is landscaped and the gate system is operational. The tennis courts are complete and the lights work at night. The bocce courts, croquet courts, garden center, walking trail and "off-leash dog park" are all being completed and landscaped over the next two weeks. The clubhouse is scheduled to be decorated beginning October 10th and the pool should have water in it by the 15th. All amenities are bigger and better than we have ever attempted at the other communities. They are quite remarkable. All four of the models are 100% complete and decorated and being shown daily. We have eight spec units under construction all of which could be ready for move-in this fall.

A Grand Opening weekend of events is scheduled to take place from the 16th-19th of October. We have moved our first homeowners into their new quad unit and excitedly anticipate further closings this fall and winter.
