Construction Superintendant
Jim Chapman Communities is seeking experienced and qualified Construction Superintendants to oversee construction of its multiple active adult communities. Candidate must have the following requirements to qualify:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 3-5 years experience in project management
* Customer oriented, strong communication skills
* Basic MS Office skills: Word/ Excel/ Project
* Ability to problem solve and communicate solutions in a timely manner
* Strong scheduling skills
* Ability to anticipate issues and address concerns quickly and effectively.
On-Site Salesperson
Jim Chapman Communities has limited openings for self-motivated on-site sales agents. Applicants must have an active real estate license, 2 years of on-site sales experience to qualify. Agents will be able to concentrate on helping the buyers find new homes by providing excellent, honest, courteous and prompt service.
