Jim Chapman Communities is continuing its 50 percent off sale on upgrades until May 31, 2012. Homebuyers will purchase upgrades through the builder’s design center. The discount will help buyers add touches to their homes that fit their lifestyles.

Homebuyers will be able to meet with a professional designer at the design center. The designer will assist them in the custom selections process. The upgrade selection process should take no longer than one month post-contract signing and should culminate with presenting a sales agent with a non-refundable check for the remaining balance.
