2014 has been a whirlwind year for Jim Chapman Communities. Closing out at Brookhaven at Sugarloaf in Duluth and Brookhaven of East Cobb in Kennesaw, the builder has been very busy. Now, Jim Chapman Communities only has a few opportunities left at its popular active adult community of Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge in Cumming.
To get an insight look at this community, here is a short Q&A with on-site sales agent Joan Wise:
1. How many homes are left at Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge?
There are just seven remaining! We’ve been hot to trot! Each home has all brick and stone construction with inviting front porches, two to three bedrooms, livable floor plans that are hard to beat, vaulted ceilings, oversized master suites, standard covered porches and bonus rooms.
2. What is your favorite selling feature?
My favorite selling feature is the community itself. Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge has beautiful topography and exterior elevations. It definitely has a very upscale charm.
3. What do home buyers like best about the community?
Buyers appreciate the location to so many conveniences, property tax, size (88 total condos) and amenities. These include a pool, outdoor fireplace and clubhouse with exercise room and kitchen.
4. Have the homeowners started any clubs or hosted any events?
Oh, yes! The homeowners are a very social bunch. They do regular get togethers that are schedule at the clubhouse. Whether it’s playing bunco, bridge or having book club and lunch outings, they all enjoy being together.
5. What are the popular area attractions?
The area has plenty to choose from! Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge is close to The Collection, lots of shopping on Market Place Blvd., county parks, Lake Lanier, great restaurants and even the Georgia mountains.
6. How much longer do you think homes will be available?
Our ultimate goal is to finish all remaining for closings by the end of this year. Interested buyers should hurry in!
