Even in these tough economic times, Jim Chapman continues to sell homes. Atlanta’s leading active adult home builder had an enjoyed incredible success in the month of June signing 10 contracts and closing on 5 homes.  Specifically, they signed one contract at The Haven at Slater Mill, two at Brookhaven of East Cobb, one at Brookhaven of Lanker Ridge, two at Brookhaven of Johns Creek and three contracts at The Haven at Lost Mountain.

Not wanting to slow down, July was a great month with 5 more closings.

It seems that active adults still want to buy homes in any one of the Jim Chapman Communities despite the down economy.
