Jim Chapman Communities wins National Building Awards
Once again Jim Chapman Communities has been recognized for its excellence in building elegant, yet affordable housing for the 50+ active adult community. This year Atlanta’s leading active adult home builder received two prestigious awards at The National Association of Home Builder’s Best of 50+ Housing Awards in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The awards banquet is the industry’s most distinguished national awards program. Only the best builders in the country are honored for excellence in design, building, and marketing of housing for active adults.
Jim Chapman Communities was awarded the Silver Award in the Community of the Year Division for their active adult community at Brookhaven of East Cobb as well as the Silver Award for Best Detached Home at an Active Adult Community for the Ansley floorplan at Brookhaven at Johns Creek.
“To be recognized on a national level by our peers is exciting,” said Jim Chapman, president of Jim Chapman Communities. “It verifies all the hard work and effort and the quality of craftsmanship we put in to our communities that are designed for the active adult lifestyle.”
Of course, it does not come as a surprise that Jim Chapman Communities was recognized as a leader in active adult homes as the Atlanta-based builder and developer has always applied luxury home quality and service standards to active adult communities. Such luxury is achieved by developing communities with all brick and stone houses that include inviting front porches and very open floorplans. Additionally, the awarded communities feature a beautiful head pool, outdoor fireplace and clubhouses with fitness rooms, catering kitchens and more.
