For those searching for Atlanta real estate, house hunting can prove to be a daunting task. Homebuyers often find it hard to find the time necessary to travel to the different communities and tour homes, but for active adults 55 and older looking to purchase a new home, this is no longer a problem.
Jim Chapman Communities‘ virtual tours provide those shopping for new homes the opportunity to tour all of the Jim Chapman models from the comfort of their living rooms. By visiting the Jim Chapman Website, active adults can tour one or more of the 13 different model homes.
While touring the home, homebuyers have two options: viewing the floorplan or taking a virtual tour of the home. The fully furnished, 3-D models of the home provide homebuyers with a great visual representation of what their new Jim Chapman home will look like.
Once a buyer has done the initial view of the home via the 3-D floorplan, the fun really begins. Jim Chapman Communities’ virtual tour provides three different options for viewing the home. The photographs section provides a large number of photographs, each of which is designed to show exactly what the the model home looks like. These fully furnished rooms give buyers a sense of size and space.
The next step is to combine the 3-D floorplan with the photographs in the Panorama’s section. These 3-D 360 degree photographs allow homebuyers to see the rooms of the homes from every different angle. Homebuyers will get to see the entire home as though they were standing in the middle of the room and slowly spinning in a circle. This unique experience gives buyers a more detailed idea of how the home is laid out.
The final option on the digital tour is the theater option. The photographs start out large and then zoom in on key details to showcase architectural details which provides the opportunity to see the details of the home.
The virtual tour combined with the 3D floorplan provide a detailed overview of each Jim Chapman model. It is a great way for potential homebuyers to narrow down their choices and decide which Jim Chapman home might best suit their needs without ever leaving the comfort of their current residence.
