Big kudos to Jim Chapman Communities as they sold 12 total units in the month of August alone. This is an extraordinary accomplishment when you take into account the dim housing market and unstable economy. Brookhaven of East Cobb sold the most number of active adult new homes out of the Jim Chapman Communities, ending the month with a total of six. This is the community that recently won two awards, both a gold and a silver, at the National Association of Home Builders Best of 50+ Housing Awards Gala. It’s not surprising that Brookhaven of East Cobb has become the most popular Jim Chapman community as it has so much to offer those entering the retirement age. The convenient Kennesaw location puts residents next to I-75 and I-575, as well as Town Center mall and all of the entertainment attractions of Barrett Parkway. Jim Chapman Communities announces the Grand Opening of its newest active adult community, Brookhaven at Johns Creek.
